Meadows and Trees

  Deborah Leonard enjoys capturing  habitats with grassy meadows surrounded by woody areas. These picturesque landscape scenes are plentiful in rural New England where she lives.  She often paints en plain air, surrounded by farmland or the gently rolling hills.
Deborah uses acrylic paint to help capture depth in her landscape paintings.  Deborah strives to record the feel of a place and time in an impressionistic style.
